Paze is an online checkout experience/solution that makes it easy for you to make purchases. Offered by participating banks and credit unions, Paze allows you to checkout online without having to share your actual card numbers with the merchant.

Paze is convenient, easy to use, and offered by participating banks and credit unions.

  • Paze does not share your actual card number with the merchant.
  • Easy to use. No new app to download, no new Paze username or password ¹ to memorize, or full card details to manually enter.
  • Card numbers stay up to date automatically.
  • Offered by the participating banks and credit unions that you already use.

Paze is a secure way to checkout because it replaces your actual card number with a different number to make your transactions more secure than manual entry - your actual card number isn’t shared with merchants at checkout.

¹Some merchants may require account setup to make purchases.

Paze supports eligible credit and debit cards issued by participating banks and credit unions. Currently, seven of the nation’s largest banks including Bank of America, Capital One, Chase, PNC, Truist, U.S. Bank and Wells Fargo support Paze. We are committed to bringing Paze to banks and credit unions of all sizes.

You don’t need to sign up or download a new app, just look for the Paze logo when you check out at a participating merchant or enter the email address you use with your bank or credit union when shopping online.

You will be able to opt-out of Paze on mywallet.paze.com after your participating bank or credit union has added your eligible card to the service. You will be informed when your bank or credit union has added your card.

Paze includes eligible consumer credit and debit cards from participating banks or credit unions including Bank of America, Capital One, Chase, Elan, PNC, Truist, U.S. Bank, and Wells Fargo, with more financial institutions to be announced. My Wallet

Paze uses the email address associated with your participating bank or credit union. For an easy experience, we recommend that you avoid using an email address that you share with someone else. The email should be unique to you.

Not all financial institutions offer Paze at this time, and some credit and debit cards may not be eligible for Paze. Paze is created with recently used eligible cards (typically within the last year). Please contact your participating banks and credit unions for specific eligibility criteria. If you want to add additional cards and those cards are eligible, you can add them by visiting mywallet.paze.com or the Paze management page on your bank or credit union’s mobile app or online website.

You can remove a card from Paze at mywallet.paze.com or by going to that bank or credit union’s mobile app or online website. You may be able to remove them by visiting the Paze management website.

You can set a default card which will always be displayed at the top of Paze. If you don’t select a default card, the last card you used with Paze will automatically be displayed at the top.

Yes, you can choose your default card when checking out. Open the dropdown next to the card, select a card, then check the 'Set default' box. A card can also be set as default in the Paze wallet management website at mywallet.paze.com.

During checkout or in mywallet.paze.com, you can select from addresses already in your address book, add a new address, edit an existing address, delete an address or set one as a default.

Paze is offered by your bank or credit union, meaning your card details are maintained by that participating bank or credit union. Visit the Paze management page on your bank or credit union's mobile app or online website to manage the cards in your wallet.
