1. Offer. Eligible customers who select Paze as their payment method at checkout during the Campaign Period will receive up to $20 off the listed price of tickets in a single Qualifying Transaction (the "Offer"). We will apply the discount automatically at checkout once Paze is selected as the payment method. No promotional code is required. Only one discount may be applied per Qualifying Transaction. The Offer cannot be applied to prior purchases or applied retroactively. Use of Paze® is subject to the Paze Service Agreement and Privacy Notice. Paze does not administer this Offer and is not responsible in any manner for the availability, functionality, or performance of the Offer or any issues arising from your use of our website, including any errors or failures in the Offer’s administration.
2. Eligibility. This Offer is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years of age (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence) and who have both a StubHub and Paze account in good standing. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
3. Campaign Period. This Offer is valid on Qualifying Transactions made through November 15, 2026 11:59 PM ET or until the funds allocated to this Offer (the “Offer Funds”) have been exhausted, whichever occurs first (the "Campaign Period"). The Campaign Period may be extended; any updated end date will be posted on this page. The Offer is available while Offer Funds last. Offer Funds are considered applied when a Qualifying Transaction is successfully completed, not when a checkout begins. Display of the Offer at checkout is not a guarantee of availability. Eligibility and timing are determined by the order timestamp as recorded in our systems. Customers will not receive individual notice when the Campaign Period ends.
4. Payment Method Requirement. Payment Method Requirement. Customers must complete payment for the Qualifying Transaction using Paze as the payment method at checkout to receive this Offer. Transactions completed with any other payment method are not eligible for this Offer. If a payment made using Paze is declined, or if the customer changes the payment method before completing checkout, the discount will not be applied.
5. Usage Limits. Each eligible customer may redeem this Offer up to 3 times per calendar day and up to 10 times total during the Campaign Period, subject to the availability of the Offer Funds and terms hereunder. Limits are applied per Paze account and per StubHub account, whichever is reached first, as tracked by us in our sole discretion. Attempts to redeem this Offer beyond these limits will not be honored. Use of multiple accounts, identities, or payment credentials to exceed these limits constitutes abuse of this Offer under Section 10.
6. Minimum Purchase. To qualify for the Offer, a transaction must have a subtotal of at least $150, calculated after the application of any fees and, to the extent applicable, value added tax (VAT) and prior to the application of any coupons, promotional codes, or discounts (a "Qualifying Transaction"). The Offer will be applied only to the listed price of tickets in a Qualifying Transaction following the application of any other coupons, promotional codes, or discounts, but prior to any gift cards or similar credits. If the listed ticket price remaining after the application of other coupons, promotional codes, or discounts is less than $20, the discount of the Offer will be limited to that remaining amount (and no discount will be applied if no ticket price remains), and no cash, credit, or other value will be provided for the difference. In no event will the Offer be applied to fees or taxes (including VAT), which will be added to your order total following the application of this Offer, even if the combined value of the Offer and any other coupons, promotional codes, or discounts exceeds the listed ticket price. Allianz insurance products and post-purchase add-ons are additional costs that are not eligible for the Offer and will be charged separately. Taxes (other than VAT), Allianz insurance products, and post-purchase add-ons will not be included in the determination of a Qualifying Transaction. Applicable taxes will be calculated on the discounted order amount.
7. Non-Transferable; No Cash Value; Combinability. This Offer has no cash value, cannot be redeemed for cash, and is non-transferable. This Offer may be combined with other promotional codes, coupons, credits, or offers, subject to Section 6. This Offer is not valid on gift cards or on prior purchases.
8. Returns and Refunds. If a Qualifying Transaction is returned or canceled, in whole or in part, including as a result of event cancellation, the associated discount will be forfeited, and any refund will reflect the amount actually paid after application of the discount. For partial returns or cancellations, the refund will not include any portion of the discount. All refunds remain subject to StubHub’s FanProtect Guarantee and applicable state ticketing laws.
9. Right to Modify or Terminate. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this Offer at any time without prior notice, including due to suspected fraud or abuse. Any such modification, suspension, or termination will not affect discounts already applied to completed Qualifying Transactions.
10. Fraud, Abuse. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion and without liability to the customer, to withhold or revoke the discount, void or cancel affected orders, suspend or terminate accounts (including linked accounts), recover the amount of any discount improperly obtained, pursue chargebacks, and take any other action we deem appropriate, if we suspect fraudulent activity, abuse of this Offer, or violation of these terms. Prohibited conduct includes, without limitation: (a) use of bots, scripts, automated devices, or other non-human means to redeem or attempt to redeem this Offer; (b) creating or using multiple accounts, identities, email addresses, or payment credentials to circumvent usage limits; (c) collusion with others to abuse this Offer; (d) reselling or attempting to resell tickets purchased using this Offer for the primary purpose of obtaining the discount; and (e) any other conduct that we determine, in our sole discretion, to be inconsistent with the spirit or intent of this Offer. We may share information regarding suspected fraud or abuse with Paze, Early Warning Services, LLC, law enforcement, and other third parties as we deem appropriate. We reserve the right to pursue all available legal and equitable remedies, including recovery of attorneys’ fees and costs incurred in investigating and pursuing fraudulent or abusive activity. Our election not to pursue any remedy at any time does not constitute a waiver of that remedy.
11. General. This Offer is subject to our Terms of Use, which are incorporated herein by reference; in the event of a conflict relating to the Offer, these terms control. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for technical failures, system errors, lost or delayed transmissions, or other issues beyond our reasonable control that prevent the discount from being applied. Our decisions regarding all aspects of this Offer are final and binding, to the extent permitted by applicable law. Paze® is a registered trademark of Early Warning Services, LLC.
12. Limitation of Liability. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL STUBHUB, ITS PARENT, SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR PARTNERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THIS OFFER, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, EVEN IF STUBHUB HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. STUBHUB’S TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THIS OFFER SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT OF THE DISCOUNT RECEIVED BY THE CUSTOMER UNDER THIS OFFER.
13. Disclaimer of Warranties. THIS OFFER IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. STUBHUB DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE OFFER WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
14. Third-Party Services. Paze is a service operated by Early Warning Services, LLC, and is not owned or controlled by StubHub. StubHub is not responsible for the availability, functionality, or performance of Paze or any issues arising from the customer’s use of Paze, including any declined transactions, errors, or failures originating from Paze or the customer’s issuing bank. Customers should review Paze’s terms of service and privacy policy before using Paze as a payment method.
15. Privacy. Participation in this Offer is subject to StubHub’s Privacy Notice. By participating in this Offer, customers acknowledge that StubHub may share information with Paze and its affiliates as necessary to administer the Offer, prevent fraud, and enforce these terms, in accordance with applicable law.
16. Dispute Resolution. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to this Offer shall be resolved in accordance with the dispute resolution provisions set forth in StubHub’s Global User Agreement. To the extent permitted by applicable law, customers agree that any claims related to this Offer must be brought within one (1) year after the claim arises.
17. Severability. If any provision of these terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. Any invalid or unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable while preserving its original intent.
18. Governing Law. These terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to this Offer shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws principles, except to the extent preempted by federal law.
