Terms and Conditions: When you select Paze® to check out with participating online merchants between June 15, 2026 and September 10, 2026 (the “Offer Period”) and spend $10 or more in a single transaction that is approved (a “Qualifying Purchase”), as determined by the authorization date or the clearing date, depending on the payment network, Paze, on behalf of your participating financial institution, or the participating financial institution will apply a $10 statement credit to the eligible credit or debit card account you select from your Paze wallet to complete the transaction (the “Offer”).

When you check out using Paze at an eligible merchant and for an eligible transaction, the Offer details will appear in your Paze wallet when you select your eligible credit or debit card. If the Offer details do not appear during Paze checkout or if Paze checkout does not appear as a method of payment, the transaction will not be eligible for the Offer. Eligibility for the Offer may be determined based on transaction type or how the merchant is classified by the applicable payment network. Transactions at merchants classified by the applicable payment network in certain categories may not be eligible for the Offer, including merchants categorized as gambling or betting services (e.g., casinos, lotteries, sportsbooks, and online gambling sites), drug stores and pharmacies (including pet pharmacies), financial services (e.g., cash disbursements, cryptocurrency, foreign currency, prepaid cards, leases, loans, money transfer, securities), adult/dating content/services, guns and ammunition, courts/government fines, political fundraising, medical services and healthcare providers (not including Quest Diagnostics), spa and massage services, specialty stores (e.g., beauty supplies—not including Sephora, collectibles, fireworks, frames, monuments, magic, maps, sunglasses, trophies), tele/direct marketing (e.g., classified ads, subscriptions, travel-related services—not including consumer initiated airline sales), and wholesale durable goods. Merchant categories can change at any time without notice, which may lead to additional exclusions from the Offer. Please review your agreement governing your underlying credit or debit card with your participating financial institution to determine whether additional merchant restrictions apply.

If Paze and another method of payment are used to facilitate a single purchase, only the amount charged to the eligible card through Paze will be considered in determining whether the $10 minimum transaction requirement is met. Purchases made directly with your credit or debit card without using Paze at checkout are not considered a Qualifying Purchase. You may earn up to ten (10) $10 statement credits up to a total of $100 in statement credits per eligible credit or debit card available in your Paze wallet during the Offer Period. In certain cases, a transaction initiated using Paze may not successfully complete due to integration or technical issues. Paze may not support transactions processed on the Discover Network for certain merchants, even if the merchant may otherwise accept Discover Network cards. Transactions that are declined, not completed, or otherwise fail to process are not Qualifying Purchases. Any debit card account selected in your Paze wallet must be open and active at the time of the Qualifying Purchase, and any credit card account selected in your Paze wallet must be open, active with charging privileges, in good standing, and not delinquent or in default at the time of the Qualifying Purchase, in each case, to be eligible to receive a statement credit. Statement credits will be applied to your eligible credit or debit card account and may take up to two statement cycles to appear. This Offer relies on transaction information from issuers, merchants, and payment networks. Paze is not responsible for delays or errors by these parties that affect eligibility or statement credit timing/application. If you do not receive a statement credit for an eligible Qualifying Purchase, please contact the financial institution that issued the credit or debit card used for the transaction. Participation in this offer is optional. If you choose not to participate, you may opt out of Paze at any time by visiting paze.com/optout and following the instructions provided. Opting out of Paze will remove your credit and debit cards from your Paze wallet and you will no longer be able to use Paze to make transactions with participating merchants. The value of this reward may constitute taxable income to you. You are solely responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes associated with the reward. The value of the reward may be reported to tax authorities as required by law. Please consult your tax advisor. This offer is non-transferable and may not be reproduced, purchased, sold, or traded. If Paze, a participating financial institution, or participating merchant determines, in their sole discretion, that you have engaged in or attempted fraud, abuse, misuse, or gaming related to this Offer, you may be deemed ineligible for the Offer, and your participating financial institution may reverse or remove previously issued statement credits or temporarily prohibit you from earning statement credits. Statement credits are not payments and do not replace required payments on your account. Please refer to your account agreement or contact your participating financial institution for details. Paze and your card network will access and monitor information about your Paze wallet transaction, including your card information, to provide the Offer.

Paze reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this Offer at any time, subject to applicable law. Any modification or termination will apply prospectively only.

ACI Worldwide Adds PazeSM Online Checkout from Early Warning Services to Pay.On Platform, Expanding Wallet Options for U.S. Consumers

Bank-offered digital wallet joins orchestration layer as consumer adoption accelerates

OMAHA, Neb., January 12, 2026 – ACI Worldwide (NASDAQ: ACIW), which powers $7 trillion in payments annually, is integrating Paze online checkout from Early Warning Services, into its Pay.On payment orchestration platform, giving U.S. consumers access to a digital wallet offered by participating banks and credit unions.

The move comes as merchants face increasing pressure to support more purchasing options without managing a growing stack of integrations. By adding Paze to Pay.On, ACI allows merchants to enable the wallet through a single connection rather than building and maintaining another standalone integration.

Paze is an online checkout solution developed by Early Warning Services that is offered by participating banks and credit unions in the U.S. Currently, seven of the nation’s largest banks including Bank of America, Capital One, Chase, PNC, Truist, U.S. Bank and Wells Fargo support Paze. The convenient Paze checkout experience enables consumers to complete their purchase online with added security through tokenization, and seamless digital authentication.

"Every new checkout option used to mean another integration project, another vendor relationship, another support headache," said Tom Warsop, CEO of ACI Worldwide. "Pay.On changes that equation. Merchants connect once to our orchestration layer and can turn on Paze, or other wallets without touching their core systems."

The integration is expected to help support up to 16 million U.S. ecommerce transactions across ACI's merchant base in 2026. Merchants using Pay.On will be able to present Paze at checkout alongside credit cards and debit cards.

“As digital commerce continues to accelerate, merchants are under increasing pressure to deliver a checkout experience that is both seamless and secure,” said Serge Elkiner, General Manager at Paze. "Through this collaboration with ACI, we’re making it simple for merchants to support the more than 150 million credit and debit cards that have been added to the Paze checkout solution, which offers an easy way to check out online with added security because full card numbers aren’t shared with merchants.”

For ACI, the partnership expands Pay.On's wallet coverage beyond established players, adding a U.S. option as digital wallet usage continues to rise. Pay.On supports dozens of payment methods globally and serves merchants ranging from small businesses to large enterprise retailers.

The Paze integration is slated to launch in early 2026.

New York City FC Announces Paze◊ Online Checkout from Early Warning as the First Founding Partner of Etihad Park

QUEENS, NY, Dec. 16, 2025 – New York City FC and Early Warning Services today announced a multi-year partnership naming PazeSM the first Founding Partner of Etihad Park and the Official Online Checkout and Official Digital Wallet of New York City FC.

Paze is a fast and convenient online checkout solution that offers added security through tokenization, where actual card numbers are not shared with merchants. Developed by Early Warning Services, Paze is aimed at e-commerce use and is offered by the nation’s leading banks and credit unions consumers already know.

As the Official Online Checkout of New York City FC and Etihad Park, Paze will be showcased on club channels and throughout the venue, including the newly named PazeSM City Square. The partnership begins in 2026, allowing both organizations to activate and engage well ahead of the new stadium’s 2027 opening.

“Etihad Park is going to be a game changer for soccer in New York City and the United States. It will be a future-forward venue focused on providing an unparalleled matchday experience before you even enter our doors, and Paze is going to play a vital role in helping us realize this goal,” said Brad Sims, New York City FC CEO. “Paze will help us enhance the fan experience for everyone inside Etihad Park with their innovative product. We cannot wait to welcome everyone when Etihad Park and Paze City Square open in 2027.”

Among its many functions as a flexible area on both matchdays and non-matchdays, Paze City Square will be home to the “Five Boroughs Food Hall,” which will feature the diverse flavors from across the five boroughs via local vendors and suppliers for fans to enjoy. On non-matchdays, Paze City Square will be open to the community and accessible through entrances on public walkways.

“Etihad Park represents the future of live sports experiences, and we’re excited that Paze will be a part of that vision from day one,” said Serge Elkiner, general manager, Paze. “Paze City Square will bring fans, local merchants and innovation together in one truly dynamic space. Our role is to simplify checkout – making it fast, frictionless, and with added security – so fans can focus on what matters most: the match and the moments around it.”

Etihad Park will be the country’s first fully electric outdoor sports stadium, with a seating capacity of 25,000. Privately funded and constructed entirely by union labor, the project anchors a larger 23-acre neighborhood development at Willets Point, Queens, featuring 2,500 new affordable housing units, a 650-seat public school, a brand-new hotel, and more than 150,000 square feet of public open space.

Fans interested in securing their seats at Etihad Park’s inaugural season in 2027 can visit etihadpark.com for more information.

KLUTCH Sports Group and its Global Partnerships Division, led by Andrew Feinberg, is the agency of record for New York City FC’s Founding Partnerships at Etihad Park.
