  8. Returns and Refunds. Any such modification, suspension, or termination will not affect discounts already applied to completed Qualifying Transactions.
  10. Fraud, Abuse. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion and without liability to the customer, to withhold or revoke the discount, void or cancel affected orders, suspend or terminate accounts (including linked accounts), recover the amount of any discount improperly obtained, pursue chargebacks, and take any other action we deem appropriate, if we suspect fraudulent activity, abuse of this Offer, or violation of these terms. Our election not to pursue any remedy at any time does not constitute a waiver of that remedy.
  11. General. This Offer is subject to our Terms of Use, which are incorporated herein by reference; in the event of a conflict relating to the Offer, these terms control. Customers should review Paze’s terms of service and privacy policy before using Paze as a payment method.
  15. Privacy. Participation in this Offer is subject to StubHub’s Privacy Notice. By participating in this Offer, customers acknowledge that StubHub may share information with Paze and its affiliates as necessary to administer the Offer, prevent fraud, and enforce these terms, in accordance with applicable law.
  16. Dispute Resolution. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to this Offer shall be resolved in accordance with the dispute resolution provisions set forth in StubHub’s Global User Agreement. To the extent permitted by applicable law, customers agree that any claims related to this Offer must be brought within one (1) year after the claim arises.
  17. Severability. If any provision of these terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. Any invalid or unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable while preserving its original intent.
  18. Governing Law. These terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to this Offer shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws principles, except to the extent preempted by federal law.

Bank-offered digital wallet joins orchestration layer as consumer adoption accelerates

OMAHA, Neb., January 12, 2026 – ACI Worldwide (NASDAQ: ACIW), which powers $7 trillion in payments annually, is integrating Paze online checkout from Early Warning Services, into its Pay.On payment orchestration platform, giving U.S. consumers access to a digital wallet offered by participating banks and credit unions.

The move comes as merchants face increasing pressure to support more purchasing options without managing a growing stack of integrations. By adding Paze to Pay.On, ACI allows merchants to enable the wallet through a single connection rather than building and maintaining another standalone integration.

Paze is an online checkout solution developed by Early Warning Services that is offered by participating banks and credit unions in the U.S. Currently, seven of the nation’s largest banks including Bank of America, Capital One, Chase, PNC, Truist, U.S. Bank and Wells Fargo support Paze. The convenient Paze checkout experience enables consumers to complete their purchase online with added security through tokenization, and seamless digital authentication.

New York City FC Announces Paze◊ Online Checkout from Early Warning as the First Founding Partner of Etihad Park


QUEENS, NY, Dec. 16, 2025 – New York City FC and Early Warning Services today announced a multi-year partnership naming PazeSM the first Founding Partner of Etihad Park and the Official Online Checkout and Official Digital Wallet of New York City FC.

Paze is a fast and convenient online checkout solution that offers added security through tokenization, where actual card numbers are not shared with merchants. Developed by Early Warning Services, Paze is aimed at e-commerce use and is offered by the nation’s leading banks and credit unions consumers already know.

As the Official Online Checkout of New York City FC and Etihad Park, Paze will be showcased on club channels and throughout the venue, including the newly named PazeSM City Square. The partnership begins in 2026, allowing both organizations to activate and engage well ahead of the new stadium’s 2027 opening.
